The Lord's Table-II Testimony

This is my fourth time completing this fast. It has always been a physical and spiritual refresher for me. I am already planning when to do it again. I love the peace and closeness to my Lord that it gives me. It is amazing how much time I have for him when I am not consumed with food and eating. Tracy



The benefits of my fast were awesome. I had a new sense of energy, and a new sense of desire for the word. I did lose weight, but gained a peace and closeness to the Lord. As far as difficulties go, it was hard to cook for my family, and I even felt bitter about it at times. It was also hard to go out to eat with friends when I knew I wouldn't be eating. No one made a big deal about it though.
