The Lord's Table-II Testimony

Been taking this course for several years now and I've lost count of how many times I've done this twice a year in the spring and fall. During this study I was benefited by mostly accompanying scriptures I studied that dovetailed with these lessons. One insight gained during this fast was the realization that the heart is not just a place of emotion but is centered in other areas as well I once thought were only connected with the mind soul and spirit. The heart truly is something like Jell-O when you try to define it it's like nailing Jell-O to the wall. Can't see any real changes that need to be made in this particular course but would like to see other courses on fasting with different time periods like seven days or two weeks or even 40 days.







Overall this fasting time has been one of the best and easiest I've been through. There were still challenges on the relationship level with other people and of course there's still loads of room for improvement in my personal life but I'm thankful that during this fast there were not any extreme issues regarding my health to slow me down and there was an accompanying spirit of peace and well-being the majority of the time. I thank God once again for the enlightenment received during this time of fasting most of all and for the desires and prayers inspired throughout I trust will be answered in Christ.
